~Longing for the Light~ A heart-warming evening of music

We will present a Christmas Concert on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Garba Hall, Shinjuku. Composer-pianist Yunosuke Takahashi will perform with Tre Passi members Eriko Iida (soprano) and Takushi Teraoka (erhu), with guest clarinetist Yukina Miyagi joining us.

On a winter night, the sky is shrouded in a cold, heavy black. Hope glimmers like tiny stars, guiding our steps forward. May music, too, offer each of us a small light of hope.

Performers' profiles

Yunosuke Takahashi (Pf.& Arr.)

Since entering the Department of Musicology at Tokyo University of the Arts in 1999, he has been deeply engaged in the study of contemporary music, composition, and stage performance.
While still a student, he organized independent concerts and theater performances, exploring the creative relationship between text and music.
From that time, he recognized the importance of community-based arts and music festivals, and has since aspired to be involved in such projects.

In Tokyo, he has worked in music production, musical theater production, theater and music festival production, and as a stage director.


In his own creative work, he has produced five stage works, two musical dramas, one operetta, and one opera libretto, in addition to composing music for internet radio dramas, BGM for online news programs, and numerous new compositions and arrangements for various concerts.

Eriko Iida (Soprano singer)

Graduated from the Vocal Music Department of Tokyo College of Music
Completed training at the Nikikai Opera Training Institute
Studied under Yoko Oshima and Yoji Kawakami
Member of Saitama Opera City Concert Group
Vocal Instructor at Shimamura Music

She has been highly acclaimed for her concerts held at schools, community centers, hospitals, and nursing homes throughout the Tokyo metropolitan area, performing a wide range of genres including classical music, musicals, Japanese popular songs, children's songs, anime, and movie scores.

In addition to her performing career, she has appeared in campaign songs, radio commercials, and readings of English and American plays, while also dedicating herself to teaching the next generation of singers.

In 2021, she launched her YouTube channel, "ELLY GARDEN."


Takushi Teraoka (Erhu player)

Captivated by the tone of erhu virtuoso Jia Pengfang, began studying under him during his university years. Since then,he has performed in an acoustic-guitar duo; in the ensemble “HALE to KE” with piano, erhu, Tsugaru shamisen, and tap dance; in a trio of shinobue (bamboo flute), piano, and erhu; and as a supporting musician for vocalist Yoko Sawada.
Since 2021, he has taken part in various productions as a member of Creative Garden. In addition to running his own studio, he also teaches at Miyaji Music and at Tenka Erhu Academy, led by Jia Pengfang.

Yukina Miyagi (Clarinet)

Graduated from Tokiwagi Gakuen High School (Department of Music) and the Tokyo College of Music.
Performed in the Tokyo College of Music’s 100th-Anniversary Commemorative Opera Le nozze di Figaro and on the Tokyo College of Music Symphony Orchestra’s European tour.

Formed the clarinet ensemble “Lampi” with university classmates and released the CD “Bestie” in October 2017. Member of the Kobaken and His Friends Orchestra.

Currently active in solochamberorchestral, and wind band settings, while also working as an assistant in musical theatre music production and offering private clarinet lessons.
