Part.189 Nocturnal Fantasia with Soprano, Erhu, and Piano
On Saturday, June 21, 2025, the soprano, erhu, and piano trio "Tre Passi" will perform as part of "An Evening at Axis", a cultural concert series presented by the city of Izu-no-kuni.
The concert will take place in the Grand Hall of Nirayama Jidaigekijo, and admission is free.
The program features a captivating selection of melodies from East and West, including Claude Debussy's "Clair de lune" (from Suite Bergamasque), Francesco Sartori's "Time to Say Goodbye", and Liu Xue'an's "When Will You Return?".
Soprano, erhu, and piano—each voice distinct, yet united in harmony—will weave together a new musical tale beneath the moonlit sky.

Eriko Iida (Soprano singer)

Graduated from the Vocal Music Department of Tokyo College of Music
Completed training at the Nikikai Opera Training Institute

She has been highly acclaimed for her concerts held at schools, community centers, hospitals, and nursing homes throughout the Tokyo metropolitan area, performing a wide range of genres including classical music, musicals, Japanese popular songs, children's songs, anime, and movie scores.
In addition to her performing career, she has appeared in campaign songs, radio commercials, and readings of English and American plays, while also dedicating herself to teaching the next generation of singers.
In 2021, she launched her YouTube channel, "ELLY GARDEN."
Takushi Teraoka (Erhu)

Inspired by the sound of erhu master Jia Pengfang, he began playing the erhu in 2000.
He then started performing primarily in a duo with an acoustic guitarist.
Since 2009, he has been a member of the unit "HALE to KE," which features piano, erhu, Tsugaru shamisen, and rhythm tap dance.
In addition to live performances at Minami-Aoyama Mandala, he has also performed at concert halls, various events across Japan, and art appreciation concerts at elementary and junior high schools, producing three albums to date.
Since 2015, he has been running my own erhu school.
Yunosuke Takahashi (Piano & Arranger)

Since entering the Department of Musicology at Tokyo University of the Arts in 1999, he has been deeply engaged in the study of contemporary music, composition, and stage performance.
While still a student, he organized independent concerts and theater performances, exploring the creative relationship between text and music.
From that time, he recognized the importance of community-based arts and music festivals, and has since aspired to be involved in such projects.
In Tokyo, he has worked in music production, musical theater production, theater and music festival production, and as a stage director.
In his own creative work, he has produced five stage works, two musical dramas, one opera, one operetta, and one opera libretto, in addition to composing music for internet radio dramas, BGM for online news programs, and numerous new compositions and arrangements for various concerts.
